Welcome to The Age Reset Trilogy™. By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.

1. General Information

The Age Reset Trilogy™ is operated by at 41a Spofforth St, Mosman New South Wales 2088.
These terms apply to all bookings, consultations, and IPL treatments offered under this service.

2. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments are available by booking only through our official booking system or direct contact.
A valid email and phone number are required for booking confirmation.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete your consultation and begin on time.
Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling at our discretion.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Failure to attend without notice may forfeit any promotional bonus or voucher associated with the booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if unforeseen circumstances arise.

4. Promotions and Bonus Offers

This promotional offer includes 3 IPL Rejuvenation sessions for the price of 2, under The Age Reset Trilogy™ program.
A Free Hand IPL treatment is included during the first session only when booked within the promotional period.
This offer is valid for 60 days from the date of booking and cannot be extended.
Promotional offers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
Only one promotional offer may be used per booking unless otherwise stated.

5. Payments

Payment is collected after each treatment unless a prepayment or deposit is required for a special promotion.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards.
Prices include GST unless otherwise specified.

6. Consultation and Treatment

Each appointment includes a professional skin analysis and customised IPL treatment plan.
It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies, medications, or medical conditions prior to treatment.
While results are typically visible within 1–3 sessions, outcomes may vary depending on individual skin type and lifestyle factors.
All treatments are performed by qualified professionals using safe, industry-approved equipment.

7. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are not available once a treatment has been performed.
If you experience any concerns following your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist or schedule a follow-up.
Refunds for prepaid packages or promotions will only be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for adverse reactions or side effects resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions.
Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided to ensure optimal results and safety.

9. Privacy

All personal information collected during booking or consultation is kept strictly confidential and used only for appointment management, communication, or service improvement.
Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
By booking, you agree to receive appointment reminders and service updates via email or SMS.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time.
The most recent version will always apply to new and existing bookings.
